Our Story

Bondi’s Bakery is a local craft bakery owned and operated by the Wells Family in Gibsonville, NC. We love to bake, and we also really love people.  After making and delivering many, many cakes and other baked goods, we discovered that our customers, much like us, are really after more than just a sweet treat, they are after sharing and sending love through baked goods. We have learned that the products run deeper than the ingredients they are made from.  However, we know that ingredients matter. 

We take pride in our baked goods and use only high-quality ingredients in every recipe, because we believe this matters.  We are committed to the process, so we raise our own chickens and bake with free-range eggs, we order top quality vanilla beans and make our own vanilla, and we use organic whenever possible. We try our best to treat our customers like we would like our family to be treated.  

We are honored when our baked goods receive invitations to events and special occasions. Our goal is to bring our best in taste and customer experience to every event.
